It is that time of year again- Christmas shopping season. I know how overwhelming the pressure to pick the perfect gift is, so I hope this guide will give you a jumpstart on gift ideas for the spoonie in your life!
Don’t know what a spoonie is? This is for you.
These gifts/shops are in no particular order and some do contain affiliate links, but please note that I am NOT sponsored by any of these brands or products- I genuinely love them.
1. Hospital Masks
Friends as great as the holidays are- they can be overwhelming for those who are immunocompromised. A friend in the fight originally made them for me and now my sister in love does!
Check out her shop here to get some of your own!
2. Write the Word Journals
I am sure you have heard me talk about these devotionals many times, but they are amazing! I do them everyday! (For an in-depth look into the journals click here)
BONUS: all WTW Journals singles and bundles are 20% off right now !!!
Check out the WTW Journals + all the things from Cultivate What Matters Here!
3. Body Pillow
If you know me, you probably know that I wouldn’t be able to survive without my body pillow! It goes everywhere with me because it makes my joints so much more comfortable to be sitting or sleeping.

4. Hand lettering 101 Book & Brush Pens
My bestie and I started learning to hand letter in Feb 2019 and have loved it! We both have used the skills we have learned differently, and it has been so fun to see how we use this new hobby.
Here’s the book we used and here’s a good starting brush pen to learn with!

5. Tubie Clips
These have literally saved me from probably almost pulling out my life over a dozen times! They are fast, reliable, and are so cute.

6. Messy Bun Beanies
Having a port means that it is hard for me to shower while accessed, so showering once a week is sacred time, but part way through the week my hair gets greasy. If I don’t want to put half a can of dry shampoo in my hair… I opt for a messy bun beanie!

I hope this helps you shop for the spoonie in your life!
Happy Shopping!
