The Refresh + Reset Bundle (both the Refresh + Reset Coaching Seminar and the Goal Action Planning Refresh Session) is included for all clients apart of A Cultivated Life One on One Coaching!

Refresh + Reset is a 2 1/2 hour interactive group coaching seminar that walks you through your Powersheets 90 Day Goal Refresh.

You will have 150 minutes of uninterrupted time to refresh your goals and reset for the quarter ahead!

This coaching seminar is not a live stream with a chat feature. This Goal Refresh Walkthrough is LIVE and interactive on zoom – we meet face to face* and go through these pages all together while also going back to our prep work to refresh + reset for the next 90 days ahead!

The Q2 Refresh + Reset will be on: June 10, 2023 from 1 PM EST – 3:30 PM EST

*you do not have to have your camera on if you are not comfortable with that, you can participate with your camera off and with active audio or solely use the chat feature – it is entirely up to you, but this was designed to be an interactive experience so you can get the most of out of this refresh.

- Those using the 90 Day version of Powersheets must be on their second set of the year to participate on this specific seminar

Refresh + Reset: an Interactive 90 Day Goal Refresh Walkthrough

This is a 2.5 hour interactive group coaching seminar. Where we will:

A guided walkthrough of pages 69-72 (in your Powersheets) of your 2023 Goal Refresh with added insight and prompts
Dig deeper into your prep work and apply it to this upcoming quarter
Exclusive G+G wildcards that will allow you to dig deeper into your prep work pages as we revisit specific pages and also a wildcard to tape into page 72 of your Spring Refresh. These Refresh + Reset Wildcards are only available for those attending Refresh + Reset (these do not include the Goal Action Planning Wildcards as those are reserved for 1 on 1 Coaching Clients)

Refresh + Reset: Goal Action Planning Bundle – $125.00 ($115.00 for AC Members)

The R+R bundle saves you money and includes both the 2.5 hour interactive group coaching walkthrough on March 11, 2023 from 12:00 pm-2:30 pm EST and a 90 minute 1 on 1 Goal Action Planning Refresh Session. The Goal Action Planning Refresh Sessions will take place on Wednesday March 15th and Friday March 17th. There are only 10 spots available for the Goal Action Planning Bundle.

Will there be a replay if I miss attending live?

Yes, there will be a replay available to those who bought a ticket to Refresh + Reset. This replay will be available until May 1, 2023. Although, I worked hard to find a time that would work for as many timezones as possible!

A Cultivated Life is a 1 on 1 quarterly goal coaching and accountability with Cassie. You meet once a month for a Tending List Session (where we use your goal action plans to create an attainable and sustainable Tending List), accountability check ins, complimentary membership to the Accountability Collective, and includes the Refresh + Reset Bundle.
