Well this 2023, it’s time to cultivate this Powersheets-loving, grace-filled goal setting community by making space for this growing community to thrive by introducing, Refresh + Reset: an Interactive Group Coaching Seminar.

The Refresh + Reset Bundle (both the Refresh + Reset Coaching Seminar and the Goal Action Planning Refresh Session) is included for all clients apart of A Cultivated Life One on One Coaching!

Refresh + Reset for Q2 will open for registration on December 13, 2023.

Who is this for?

The Refresh + Reset Interactive Group Coaching Seminar was designed for:

• Yearly Powersheets Users:
  • Those using the 2023 Yearly Powersheets who have already gone through their Initial Prep Work (pages 1-47)
  • Whether you have been utilizing your January through June Tending Lists or you are just picking your Powersheets back up for the first time since January – there is no shame here!
• 90 Day Powersheets/ Fresh Start Powersheets Users:
  • Those using the 90 Day version of Powersheets or Fresh Start Powersheets must be on at least their second set of the year to participate on this specific seminar

What do you need?

All you need is your yearly prep work done in your 2023 Powersheets or at least be on your second set of the year of the 90 Day Powersheets/ Fresh Start Powersheets

How much is Refresh + Reset?

Refresh + Reset: Goal Action Planning Bundle – $125.00 ($115.00 for AC Members)

The R+R bundle saves you money and includes both the 3 hour interactive group coaching walkthrough on Saturday September 16, 2023 from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm EST and a 120 minute 1 on 1 Goal Action Planning Refresh Session. The Goal Action Planning Refresh Sessions will take place on Friday September 22nd and Wednesday September 29th. There are only 10 spots total available for the Goal Action Planning Bundle.

• Goal Action Planning Refresh Session is a 120 Minute 1 on 1 Session where we revisit your Yearly Goal Action Plans to plan out how you will continue achieving your goals in the quarter ahead (and we will create new action plans for any quarterly goals you have added on that weren’t in your initial yearly goals.) This will allow you to lean into your current season of life and intentionally space out all you hope to achieve in the year ahead through this upcoming quarter without burning yourself out! There are only 10 spots available.
• You get access to the exclusive Goal Action Planning Wildcards that are only available to those who do 1 on 1 Goal Coaching (these are used on the blank page on each yearly goal action plan spread and for new quarterly added goals they can be taped into page 121 of your summer refresh.)

Refresh + Reset: an Interactive 90 Day Goal Refresh Walkthrough – $65.00 ($55.00 for AC Members)

There are only 15 spots available for Refresh + Reset Interactive Walkthrough so that it can be truly interactive.

Purchasing a Refresh + Reset Ticket gives you access to the 3 hour Interactive Group Coaching Call on September 16, 2023 at 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm EST, the replay of the seminar, and the Exclusive Refresh + Reset G+G wildcards! (These G+G Refresh +Reset wildcards will allow you to dig deeper into your prep work pages as we revisit your yearly prep pages and also include a wildcard to tape into page 121 of your Spring Refresh. these do not include the Goal Action Planning Wildcards as those are reserved for 1 on 1 Coaching Clients.)
